Great Gatsby Inspired Makeup Look

Get Smoky with this alluring trendy look! The 1920s was a decade of exciting social changes and profound cultural conflicts. This look represents the way women felt as risk takers with a hint of rebellion thrown in… just for fun!

STEP 1: Prime your skin with a Foundation brush going over eyes and lips. Apply your favourite jane iredale foundation to match your skin tone. Set with a Hydration spray for a long lasting finish.

STEP 2: Darken and extend your eyebrows slightly downwards with an eyebrow pencil or the Bitty Brow Kit.

STEP 3: Start with the lightest shade in PurePressed eye shadow trio Sundown applied with the Chisel Shader all over the lid. Then sweep the darkest colour into the crease and upper and lower lash line . Apply the mid tone colour on the lid and between the eye contour and brow and upper and lower lash line. Follow with Onyx Mystikol smudged along the top and bottom lash line using the Smudge Brush. Use the highlighter side of the Mystikol on the inner corner of the eye next to the nose and just under the arch of the brow. Add 24 Karat Gold Dust in Silver for extra glamour! Finish with Black Ice Longest Lash Mascara.

STEP 4: Add Cheekie PurePressed blush on the apples of the cheeks.

STEP 5: Define the lips with Berry Lip Definer, add Black Cherry PureGloss on top.

Tip: Wet your brush to intensify the eye shadow colours!
