New York Fashion Week Fall 2013: Our favourite Beauty Trends

As the international fashion week circuit swings into full gear starting in New York, we’re keeping a close eye on all of the new season beauty trends. From bold fuchsia lips to purple eye shadows, we’re devouring all of the inspiration and have been busy working out how we can recreate the new york fashion show looks for ourselves.

Here’s a rundown of our favourite looks along with some insider tips for which jane iredale products you can use to recreate them!

Pink Lips at Diane von Furstenberg, to get the look we recommend using the jane iredale Lip Definer pencil in Pink, and PureMoist™ LipColour in Renee.

Burgundy Stained Lips at Derek Lam, to get the look we recommend using the jane iredale Lip Definer pencil in Plum and the Lip Fixation® in Fetish.

To recreate the purple eyes at Jason Wu, we recommend applying the jane iredale PurePressed® Eye Shadow in Cream as a base over the entire eye lid. Then, from the lash line to the contour of the eye, apply the new PurePressed® Eye Shadow in Violet Eyes. Add PurePressed® Eye Shadow in Royal Velvet using the mini dome brush to smudge underneath for a smoky look. Draw a thin line along the entire lash line with a basic black pencil.
