Return Policy
Refund:
We are happy to provide a refund for any items purchased from us, provided the item is in its original packaging with proof of purchase within 30 days (provided the item is returned to us unopened and unused). We will issue a refund. Please ensure all products are packaged well so they arrive safely.
Faulty Items:
If you receive a defective or damaged product, we are more than happy to offer a replacement. Please complete the returns process via your account and return the product in its original packaging with proof of purchase within 30 days.
Change of Mind:
If you have purchased the wrong item, we will facilitate a return, given the product is returned in its original packaging with proof of purchase within 30 days. The return must be at your expense. A $10 restocking fee will be deducted from your refund to cover postage costs. Please complete the returns process.
Online / In-store Partners:
If you made your purchase through one of our authorised online stores, such as Adore Beauty, ActiveSkin, SkinMart, The Iconic, or any Partner in-store location, any returns should be handled in accordance with the respective online store’s returns and cancellation policy. Please do not return the product directly to jane iredale Australia directly. For a list of our authorised online stores and partner locations, you can refer to our Stockist Locator.
How to Submit a Return
To make a return, simply follow these steps:
- Sign into your Customer Profile: Log in to your account on our website.
- Go to 'Orders': Navigate to the 'Orders' section in your account.
- Select the Relevant Order: Find and click the order number that includes the item(s) you wish to return.
- Initiate the Return: On the top right-hand of the screen, you'll see a 'Returns' button. Click on it to open the return process.
- Select Item(s) to Return: Choose the item(s) you want to return from the list.
Follow these steps, and your return request will be submitted for review. We will notify you once it has been processed.
