Return Policy

Refund / Store Credit: 

We are happy to provide a refund or store credit on any items purchased from us within 30 days, provided the item is returned to us unopened and unused.

Faulty Items:

In the event that our products are discovered to have defects, we will facilitate an exchange of the product.

Exchange / Return Process: 

To be eligible for an exchange or replacement, please return the product in its original packaging with proof of purchase within 30 days (provided the item is returned to us unopened and unused), and we will issue the replacement. Please ensure all products are packaged well so they arrive safely. Online / In-store Partners:

If you made your purchase through one of our authorised online stores, such as Adore Beauty, ActiveSkin, SkinMart, The Iconic, or any Partner in-store location, any returns should be handled in accordance with the respective online store’s returns and cancellation policy. Please do not return the product directly to jane iredale Australia directly. For a list of our authorised online stores and partner locations, you can refer to our Stockist Locator.

We do not accept used or opened products.
