Smooth Affair® Illuminating Glow Face Primer Ⓥ

Let me start with the fact that I love this primer. It works perfectly under any type of foundation from powder to cream so I continue to purchase it. Can you please review the packaging however as it constantly leaks if I put it in my make up bag. Not only do I end up wasting a lot but it ends up going everywhere. I started keeping it in a ziplock bag now :-/

I like using the face primer. It absorbs quickly. I use a mineral base powder after and it makes the coverage even and it stays on longer.

I chose Smooth Affair Illuminating Glow Face Primer after reiceiving samples with my order. Glow face primer is so rich when I put it on. I have rosacea and my skin loves this product as well as all Jane Iredale products! My makeup stays in place all day. Perhaps it the quality of Jane Iredale products, but I also see the difference since I started using Glow Primer. No need for an afternoon touch up.

I love this product! I always get asked how I make my skin glow and it’s because of this product.

Love it. Works great with my foundation. Gives me a smoother look, more natural look.

I mix this product 50/50 with bb cream. It does two things:
1) silky smooth application
2) a light natural look, no heavy, Caley or made-up look. Lovely productz

I feel Smooth Affair makes my skin look less wrinkled.

Primer is great

Love the Illuminating Glow primer. It allows liquid foundation to glide on and covers pores. I am able to be happy with the color of my loose mineral powder because the primer allows the true color to come through and covers beautifully. Very happy!

Oh my. . :. I can’t express how this has changed my life! I always assumed it was just an expensive gimmick until I received a sample tube. Suddenly, I could wear ANY foundation as long as THIS went on first! It doesn’t take much and goes on fast. It saves SO much time trying to make foundation look smooth and consistent. It helps with flaky skin in the winter too. Putting on makeup is no longer a dreaded time-consuming task.

A little heavier than Amazing Base. Absorbs well into my skin. Conditions my skin well for loose mineral powder.

I like it and JI is my favorite overall makeup brand. I’ve tried many top brands as a makeup artist and esthetician. I have a dozen different brands in my vanity and reach for J I most often.

I haven’t had much luck with primers but this one glides onto my skin making it smooth and with a beautiful glow.

A Superior product. I’ve worked in skin care, color and treatment as a beauty advisor and make-up artist, all of my adult life. Nothing compares to this foundation. I will say, I can’t use your moisturizer. I need more

This product provides great coverage and glow. It's easy to apply and a little amount (pea size) goes a long way.

This primer is fantastic. It gives the perfect amount of 'glow' and I follow with pure pressed base and the application is flawless. I've been using Jane Iredale products for close to 20 years, and they never disappoint. Recently, I have been more aware of ingredients in my makeup and skincare, using an app entitled "Yuka". Jane Iredale products consistently rate Excellent, using non-hazardous ingredients. I loved Jane Iredale before using Yuka...and love her products even more now! Keep up the good work, Jane!

Smooth Affair Illuminating Glow Face Primer is a rich cream that gives exceptional coverage without being greasy. The weight feels luxurious on my skin and applies smoothly.

This is such a neat product and it does exactly what it says t’s going to do. Plus, only a very small pea sized amount is needed to be sufficient.! A keeper!

Face Primer

Lovely! Lightweight, non-greasy and fragrance free. Been using it under m foundation for about a week and have been very pleased. Seems to last all day and no dry patches like that I’ve experienced with other primers. Think I may have finally found a winner and although I felt it was a bit of a splurge the amount in the tube is generous and I don’t need to apply much either.

Works great with all Jane Iredale foundations. Love the smooth texture and how it evens out pure pressed foundation powder and powdered sunscreen. Light scent is pleasant, not overwhelming.
