Feels like something has changed and brush is no longer as dense as it was

I loved the handi brush, and have been using it for years now. But I bought a new one recently and something has changed! it used to be so dense and allowed the pure pressed product to go on so well, but something has changed, the brush is much softer and less dense as it was before

Poor Quality Product with a Premium price

I bought my first handy brush by JI 12 years ago, and it served perfectly well.
However, the quality of the same brush that I ordered this year is beyond terrible - all hair is coming out, leaving bunches of it on my face. Disappointed is an understatement when you spend so much money on something that should have been a good quality product.
